Habitat for Humanity – Carolle designs landscape plans for Habitat's newly-constructed homes, and encourages her contacts in the business to donate time and materials. These plans are then installed by local volunteers.

Town of Morristown – Carolle has designed a new look for Town Hall. This garden, once complete, will be planted with New Jersey native trees, shrubs, perennials, and ornamental grasses, becoming a haven for bird and butterfly species.
